If a card has been lost or stolen, it can be locked to prevent it from being used for any transactions. You can lock a card on the Expend dashboard.

Locking a card

  1. Go to app.expend.io and sign in with your Expend account details.
  2. Click Account & Cards.
  3. Pick out the lost card and click the lock icon, so that you see a closed lock with “Locked” above it:

Unlocking a card

  1. Go to app.expend.io and sign in with your Expend account details.
  2. Click Account & Cards.
  3. Pick out the card and click the lock icon, so that you see a open lock:

Cancelling a lost card

If you are certain that the physical card won’t be found, you can cancel the card. Please see the following article: Cancel an Expend card
