If a card has been lost or stolen, it can be locked to prevent it from being used for any transactions. You can lock a card on the Expend dashboard.
Locking your card
- Go to app.expend.io and sign in with your Expend account details.
- Click Account & Cards.
- Find the lost card and click the lock icon, so that you see a closed lock:
Unlocking your card
If you find the card and want to unlock it, this can be done the same way. Go to the dashboard, find the card, and click the lock icon so that you see an open lock:
