If a member is leaving your organisation, follow these steps to remove their access. All of this can be done on your Expend dashboard if you have the Administrator role.

1.  Remove any remaining balance from their Expend card.

  1. On the dashboard, click Account & Cards.
  2. Click Transfer From Card.
  3. Select the member's card, and then enter the remaining card balance in Amount.
  4. Click Transfer. The balance is transferred from the card back to your organisation's float account.

2.  Lock their Expend card

  1. Staying on Account & Cards, find the member's card in the list of cards.
  2. On the right, tap the lock button so that the icon shows a closed lock.
    No further transactions will be allowed on the card.

3.  Remove the member from your organisation

  1. On the main dashboard page, click Members.
  2. Click Remove.
  3. Select the member from the list that opens.
  4. Click Remove.

When the member now logs in, they will no longer have access to their transactions, expenses, or any other details related to the Expend card provided to them by your organisation.
