If a card has been lost or stolen, it can be locked to prevent it from being used for any transactions. You can lock a card on the Expend dashboard.
Locking a card
- Go to app.expend.io and sign in with your Expend account details.
- Click Cards in the menu on the left.
- Find the lost card and click the ⚙ (Card Security Settings) button in the lower right corner.
- Click the Enable card setting so that it slides to the OFF position.
- Click Close. The card is shown as Locked.
Unlocking a card
- Go to app.expend.io and sign in with your Expend account details.
- Click Cards in the menu on the left.
- Find the card and click the ⚙ (Card Security Settings) button in the lower right corner.
- Click the Enable card setting so that it slides to the ON position.
- Click Close. The card is shown as Active.
Cancelling a lost card
If you are certain that the physical card won’t be found, you can cancel the card. Please see the following article: Cancel an Expend card
