If you want to pay for Uber trips with your Expend card, here is a way you can use your card to pay without having to create an expense claim.
Add your Expend card to your PayPal wallet. For more details, see this guidance from PayPal.
In Uber, add PayPal as a payment method. For more details, see this guidance from Uber.
After signing in to PayPal in Uber, select your Expend card if you are prompted to choose a way to pay.
When making a work trip with Uber, you can now select this PayPal payment method. The funds will be taken directly from your Expend card and we will automatically create a draft expense report for you.
An alternative solution is to pay using personal funds and then create an expense claim in Expend.
